Strategy Bootcamp

Strategy Bootcamp is designed for CEO's,Managing Directors and Owner Managers who are committed to keeping their Strategic Plans in shape. The Bootcamp utilises a combination of inspiring speakers and peer to peer challenge to test the robustness and progress of the strategic development of your business. In a trusting, non-competitive environment, leaders work together using their collective knowledge and experience.

Bootcamp is composed of four, quarterly, full day meetings. 

Leadership Development Program


LDP is designed for specialists and star contributors who have increased leadership responsibilities. The program is also ideal for managers who span business functions and levels, from project leaders to business unit managers. The program accelerates your leadership development delivering a broader understanding of business operations and the wider marketplace. Participants emerge as more confident leaders and decision-makers. With a stronger grasp of complex organisational challenges, they are ready to build and lead high performing teams and spearhead cross-functional initiatives that drive innovation and generate growth. 

LDP is composed of six modules presented over thirteen months, interspersed with one to one Executive Coaching.

Another member of the Wiley family is the Five behaviors series. These products are based around Lencioni's acclaimed book 'Five behaviors of a cohesive team' but whilst avoiding the destruction caused by a dysfunctional team lies at the heart of this method, the products also expand to explore personal responsibility and development as well as effective team dynamics.

Demistifying Finance

This one day session will help anyone develop their financial understanding, understand how their decisions affect an organisation’s financial performance and gain insight into their organisation’s financial performance.

We will demystify the jargon, explore key ratios, and examine key trends and areas for concern. 

VISMAP for Strategy Development

The VISMAP® ‘Visual Strategy Mapping’ process enables you to map out your markets and what they value, so that a competitive edge can be clearly identified. The process provides a methodology and training that enables a broad team to be involved – without them first requiring an MBA, giving broad ownership in both the creation and implementation of the strategy.

VISMAP® Strategy Workshop is delivered in three modules, each lasting between one and three days.
